Working closely with Leightons in Western Australia and building on our successful involvement in the Southern Gateway Alliance Project, which spanned from Bunbury to Perth, Granor were again trusted with the supply of all bearings and Expansions joints on what will be Western Australia’s largest ever road project.

From the early stages of the project Granor was involved in the design of POT bearings to achieve certain complicated parameters relating to temporary lock-off configurations for construction purposes with subsequent release with movement limiters for operational modes.

Granor has the skills and facilities in-house to design, manufacture, and test the full range of bearings and joints needed for the new bridges. With such a wide range of products and high level of technical expertise, Granors specialist designers continue to be trusted when the project really matters.
